Our primary responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of functions, including
- Planning & Organizing Events:
e.g. Annual cultural fest - Traditional and national festivals (e.g., Diwali, Eid, Holi, Independence Day)
- Student Engagement:
Encouraging students to participate in dance, music, drama, literature, and fine arts - Identifying and nurturing talent
- Coordination:
Working with other committees (e.g., sports, NSS, student council) - Arranging logistics: venue, sound, lights, costumes, etc.
- Representation:
Sending students to represent the college at inter-collegiate and university-level
events - Documentation:
Keeping records of events, Reporting achievements, Creating annual reports and
media coverage
