DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE
Shankarrao Jagtap Arts and Commerce College The Department of Political Science focuses on developing students’ understanding of political systems, governance, and public administration. The department provides knowledge about political theories, the Constitution, international relations, and current political developments. It aims to build analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and awareness of civic responsibilities among students. Various activities such as debates, seminars, group discussions, and awareness programs are organized to enhance practical understanding. The department also encourages students to participate in social and political activities.
